Job Description
Prime Response Inc. (PRI) is seeking full-time, and part-time/on-call, CDL A Truck Drivers with a HAZMAT endorsement preferred. Main driving duties will include the handling of secure property and will support the Logistics Material Control Activity at the Air Force Research Laboratory, Kirtland, AFB, NM.
- Clean driving record
- Receiving, inspecting, delivering, and loading and unloading trucks
- Understands warehousing processes and systems
- Understands inventory management systems
- Experience with furniture moving
- Ability to use a computer
- Ability to work independently
- Highly dependable and punctual
- Furniture moves and relocations
- Transporting bulk items
- Operating Material Handling Equipment
- Operating the Warehouse Management System
Requirements
- Class A CDL and current medical card required
- HAZMAT Endorsement preferred
- Must be capable of passing a background check and drug test
- Experience with Government contracts is preferred
- Must have knowledge of warehouse operations and logistics principles
- Must be able to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
- Must be capable of standing, bending, and walking for the majority of a workday
- Ability to lift and carrying moderately heavy material (up to 50 lbs)
