We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced High-Level Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will provide critical administrative and operational support to our Team, ensuring the smooth and efficient day-to-day functioning of their schedules and priorities.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements with diplomacy and discretion.
  • Anticipate executive needs and proactively handle requests, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
  • Compose clear, concise, and professional correspondence, including emails, letters, presentations, and reports.
  • Coordinate and manage logistics for internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and materials.
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts, managing communication flow and providing exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee store operations, maintaining efficient systems for filing, expense reports, and supplies.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports and presentations as needed.
  • Manage multiple priorities effectively, working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role, with demonstrable experience supporting management.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software programs.
  • Strong attention to detail, with a commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and self-motivated with a positive and professional demeanor.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $15.00 - $25.00/hour.
