Niagara University is seeking a Full-time Tenure Tracked Early Childhood Special Education faculty position in the College of Education. The faculty member will teach undergraduate and graduate courses and should have familiarity with NYS Learning Standards, and CAEP Accreditation.
Earned doctorate from an accredited university by August 22, 2023, in early childhood or special education.
Minimum of two years of teaching experience in early childhood or special education as a credentialed teacher (PreK-6th grade)
Evidence of a scholarly agenda related to early childhood and/or special education.
Ability to interact and work effectively with culturally diverse students, staff, and colleagues.
Desired Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in teaching and designing online courses.
Ability to advise and mentor undergraduate and graduate students. Ability to contribute to the University, the Western NY community, and the profession through service and outreach projects and activities.
