Human Resources Generalist $40-60k/annually DIRECT HIRE - APPLY TODAY!
We are looking for a Human Resources Generalist in the Ft. Collins area! This is a DIRECT HIRE position (not temporary).
This Position Will Offer You:
- Direct Hire (not temporary)

Pay: $40,000-50,000 annually
Human Resources Generalist Job Functions:
- Manages day-to-day employee relations
- Partner with leaders on strategic business, organizational and talent management issues
- Facilitate leadership and team development programs
- Implement leadership programs for interviewing, performance management and conflict resolution
- Enhance business performance
- Partner with leadership to create a strategic recruitment plans
- Manage leadership and direct reports in the administration of Human Resource policies and procedures and with investigating, counseling and advising employees
- Continual review of new and current HR programs and initiatives to ensure efficiency of processes
- Establish positive working environments and relationships
Human Resources Generalist Background Profile:
- 2+ years HR experience
- Aerospace related industry experience preferred
