Light Equipment Operator

The Lee Group is hiring for Light Equipment Operators in Doswell, VA. Operators will be operating machines at an industrial facility.Shift: 2nd and 3rd shift available   Pay: 16.00 per hour, Paid Weekly        Benefits:   Health, Dental, Vision Insurance       Role: Temp to Hire Responsibilities and Skills Needed: 
 

• Set up machines (calibration, cleaning etc.) to start a production cycle
• Control and adjust machine settings (e.g. speed)
• Feed raw material
• Inspect parts with precision using appropriate measuring tools
• Communicate job information to important parties
• Test operation of machines periodically
• Adherence to health and safety regulations
• Attention to detail
• Teamwork and communication skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch or squat
• This position might require the unrestricted use of hands, arms, shoulders, upper/lower back, visual acuity, depth, and color perception to determine if printing will meet customers’ requirements for clarity.
• Minimum age 18
• Provide personal transportation to and from the job
• Proof of Identity and employment Authorization
• Must pass background and drug screen
