Location: 117th and the Skyway in Chicago, IL

Available shifts:

7:00am to 3:00pm Monday to Friday

3:00pm to 11:00pm Monday to Friday

11:00pm to 7:00am Monday to Friday

7:00am to 7:00pm Saturdays and Sundays

7:00pm to 7:00am Saturdays and Sundays

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to work Monday through Friday or on the Weekends (Saturday & Sunday). You will work with our patient at her home who is a young woman paralyzed and living with parents in the area of 117th and the Skyway in Chicago, IL. Experience with trach and vent care is a must. Our patient is also in a wheelchair in which she can move with her eyes.
