Job Position: Maintenance Full Time Bucks County Intermediate Unit Samuel Everitt School
Location: Levittown, PA 19056
Pay Rate: $22.00 to $24.00 per hour with benefits
Shift: 10:00AM to 6:30PM Monday through Friday
Description: Maintenance Tech needed to maintain and troubleshoot building needs in a school setting. Open &amp; close building and prepare for students. Maintain restroom facilities, common spaces and provide for the needs of building occupants. Leaf &amp; snow removal in conjunction with outside contractors. Monitor heating &amp; cooling systems &amp; make minor repairs as needed throughout the school day. Employer paid clearances.
