Outside Sales Uncapped Commissions

Job Duties:

As you might expect, customer solutions and mechanical work is at the heart of what your job will entail. For the most part, you’ll be:

  • Serve as the lead point of contact for all customer account management matters
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including executive and C-level

Salary: Starting at 60,000 Base + Commission 

Shift: Monday – Friday Schedule

Requirements:

  • A pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check are required.
  • Experience in commercial and/or industrial HVAC and Plumbing systems
