Pompea College of Business, One- year Visiting Professor Leadership and Management
The Management Department in the Pompea College of Business at the University of New Haven invites applications for a one-year visiting professor (non-tenure track) at the Assistant Professor level beginning in Fall of 2023. The position includes teaching and service expectations along with a responsibility to take a faculty role in the Leadership and Management Curriculum and the College’s activities that are associated with that curriculum.

We are seeking candidates with teaching and research interests in Leadership and Management. Successful candidates can expect to teach both at the undergraduate and graduate level in courses such as Leadership; Ethics and Diversity and Management. The intent is to develop and maintain a flagship program in experiential education that enhances the University of New Haven Pompea College of Business brand.
Successful candidates should have strong communication skills, leadership skills, a demonstrated commitment to teaching excellence and a student orientation. An interest in scholarly and applied research is preferred. All faculty members are expected to engage in student-focused activities such as advising and career mentoring. Faculty members are expected to engage in service activities.
