Practice Manager

Salary: $100,000/yr-$120,000/yr + Bonus Potential
Hours:Monday-Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
City: Emeryville, CA

Responsibilities:

• Supervise 20 staff members, assist up to 10 different Doctors
• Ability to coach, mentor, and provide corrective action plans to all staff members
• Clinic operations knowledge, along with other administrative functions are essential
• Performance management of staff: interviewing, hiring, annual reviews, discipline, and termination

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years of Medical Clinic, Hospital or Office experience
• High School Diploma is required; Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Oncology, Hematology, or General Surgery experience is highly desired
