Site Manager
LC Staffing is hiring for an energetic professional Site Manager for a local storage unit facility who has excellent office management skills and enjoys customer facing interactions.  The Site Manager position would be perfect for anyone who enjoys variety throughout their day.
Essential Functions of Site Manager
<ul><li>Facilitate Lease agreements, accept payments, and process data entry</li>
<li>Take phone calls and greet customers</li>
<li>Inspect facilities and keep sites clean</li>
<li>Lock removal and open kiosks</li>
<li>Sweeping and light snow removal</li>
<li>Minor maintenance</li>
</ul>Qualifications and Experience
<ul><li>High School Diploma or equivalent</li>
<li>Self-storage software experience, preferred</li>
<li>Clean background and driving record</li>

</ul>Schedule:  Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm with 30-minute lunch Wage:  $18.00 hour with raise to $19.00 hour after first 4 months of successful KPIs
