Administrative Assistant, Clinical Psychology Antioch University New Englands Clinical Psychology Department seeks an Administrative Assistant to provide department, faculty, and student support including calendar and file management, and course and program coordination, and perform general office duties. This is a full-time position, 35 hours per week.
Essential Job Functions • Create and oversee the electronic distribution of announcements and program calendars, and post all dissertation meetings and special announcements; • Maintain the Master Calendar for all meetings and semester events including coordinating room and meeting scheduling; • Provide reception and office coverage; • Assist with marketing and website updates; • Filing, copying, and maintaining office supplies and equipment; • Assist with IT troubleshooting; • Provide administrative support for faculty; • Assist with special projects as assigned; • Assist with collecting, tracking, and filing syllabi, grades, desk copies, course readings, student comment forms, section assignments, and course evaluations, and perform other course-related duties; • Assist with updating Sakai and other student tracking modules; • Maintain student and graduate file records including scanning files to server; • Manage postdoc information that comes into the department including maintaining files within the department and online
Minimum Requirements • High School Diploma • One year of relevant experience • Strong verbal and written communication, and service orientation skills • Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Suites, with ability to learn new software programs • Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills • Ability to work independently and as a team player
