As a Hotel Front Desk Receptionist, you will be a critical and valuable member of the front office staff. You will perform the following duties while delivering exceptional customer service,
<ul><li>Greet, register, assign rooms and issue room keys to guests</li>
<li>Maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts</li>
<li>Compute bills, collect payments, and make necessary corrections required</li>

<li>Must be able to work holidays and weekends</li>
<li>Experience working in customer facing industries such as hotel, resort, medical, banking, airlines, etc.</li>
<li>Strong computer skills and comfortable with technology and learning new reservation software</li>
<li>Fast learner with a strong attention to detail</li>
<li>Excellent verbal &amp; written communication and interpersonal skills</li>
<li>Able to read, write and speak English conversationally</li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work independently and as part of a team</li>

Hotel Front Desk Receptionist - $1,000 SIGN ON BONUS

Job Description
The Spa Attendant will clean the spa according to needs. This can include the following: Locker rooms, Lounges, Lobby, Treatment hallways, treatment rooms, offices and employee break rooms.
Duties
<ul><li>Collect laundry from the resort’s laundry area and put away in spa</li>
<li>Folds laundry materials by hand and machine such as sheets, wash cloth, towels, blankets</li>
<li>Scrub toilets, showers and sinks.</li>
<li>Sweep and mop all spa floors</li>
<li>Wipe down all countertops</li>
<li>Wipe down mirrors</li>
<li>Dust furniture</li>
<li>Remove all trash from spa</li>
<li>Inform management of cleaning supplies needed and maintenance issues</li>
<li>Clean work area daily</li>
<li>Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.</li>
<li>Must work professionally under pressure.</li>
<li>Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.</li>

Arby's Shift Supervisor

Job Description
As the Lead Concierge, you will provide leadership to the Concierge department and delivers personalized services to the guests including but not limited to arranging for tickets and tours, while providing the guest with information on activities and events in the Park City and surrounding areas. In addition, the Lead Concierge is available to help guests with any and all requests for services in order to exceed the guest’s expectation while at Westgate resorts.
As the Lead Concierge you will:
<ul><li>Compliance with all CFI policies and procedures</li>
<li>Represents Westgate Resorts in a professional manner at all times</li>
<li>Arranges transportation, activity, and dinner reservations for the guests</li>
<li>Responsible for pre-arrival communication between the guest and the Front Office team</li>
<li>Prepares daily reports for review</li>
<li>Provides guests with information regarding local restaurants, shopping and attractions, in addition to providing directions when requested, information for local religious services with schedules and locations, golf course reservations, sporting events tickets, hiking and biking trails, information on ski resorts and ski rentals, information on national and state parks, information on scenic drives, and child/pet care;</li>
<li>Assists guests with special requests for various services</li>
<li>Helps resolve guest concerns in order to provide the guest with the best experience and escalates as necessary</li>
<li>Plan special events, parties, and meetings and assist with implementation</li>
<li>Make Concierge Schedules on Weekly Basis</li>
<li>Review Payroll for Concierge</li>
<li>Monitor Operations and hold other Concierge Team Members Accountable</li>
<li>Work closely with Guest Services Manager to improve overall operation of Concierge</li>
<li>Coach and teach Associates as needed</li>

Job Description
Receives and ships any mail, packages, etc. for the shipping and receiving department in accordance with the industrial organization to obtain optimum efficiency and economy of operations and maximize profits by performing the following duties.
