The successful Engineer will be a hands-on team member at all levels of the Engineering department's scope. Responsible for all aspects and phases of engineering projects from start to finish. Includes formulating likely hypothesis, controlling variables, designing tests, gathering data, recommending options, and seeing it through to the end. Expected to show leadership within the department and demonstrate a calm and positive reaction to all engineering challenges. Must be able to independently fabricate new parts and solutions from scratch. Checks and verifies work of team to ensure completion to company and industry standards. Essential Duties &amp; Responsibilities:

<li>Mastery of all duties &amp; responsibilities of the Marine Mechanic position. </li>
<li>Able to lead and perform all diesel engine repairs across the company and fleet. </li>
<li>Ability to recommend and install new systems and novel solutions.</li>
<li>Repair and replace all pilothouse electronics. Diagnose and repair vessel media systems as well. </li>
<li>Serves as liaison between company &amp; outside contractors. Works side by side to complete repairs. </li>
<li>Rebuild and maintain all company pump and pump systems, alignment &amp; coupling included. </li>
<li>Working knowledge of all industry standard engineering tools and techniques. </li>
<li>OEM-level craftsmanship of parts and system design. </li>

The Custom Applicator is responsible for correctly customizing and applying dry fertilizers to our customer's fields and operating all applicator equipment including performing maintenance on the equipment.

Off-Season

The Applicator is responsible for correctly applying herbicides and pesticides to labeled crops from recommendations made by your leader. This position also operates all applicator equipment and performs maintenance on that equipment. This position requires a Class A CDL.

Maintenance Technician- $25- $36 an hour

Job Summary:
We are looking for a Maintenance Technician for our automotive client in New Boston, MI. The Maintenance Technician is responsible for troubleshooting and repairing electrical and mechanical systems in a high-volume production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain clean work areas.
Install and maintain production machines and plant facility equipment.
Interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform maintenance and service.
Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, and make necessary adjustments.
Identify faulty operations, defective materials, and report issues to supervision.
Perform simple machinist duties.
Book maintenance activities in SAP-PM, monitor spare parts usage, and report shortages.
Participate in daily shift meetings to address maintenance issues.

Organizational Interfaces:

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:
Familiarity with ISO 14001, TS 16949, and OSHA requirements is desirable.
