Responsibilities:

The candidate will be responsible for providing timely support for technical inquiries via phone, email, and web chat. Candidate will need to visualize mechanical situations and work with customers to determine the best products to use, while identifying potential leads. This position provides an entry into the world of adhesives - staff in this role are highly regarded as experts in the adhesive world. Candidate will be expected to be available for on-site technical training as needed. Will work remotely but in person (onsite) for trainings.
