Maintenance, Buildings & Grounds Technician

NOW HIRING Maintenance, Garden & Grounds Technician 30 hrs/week PT w/ possible seasonal FT hrs. Pay: Est. $22./hr to start - more if Property Mgt. exp. Hours: M-F 8:00 am - 2:00pm or 1:00pm - 6:00pm; some weekends & evenings req. JOB SUMMARY Responsible for the overall maintenance and tidy upkeep of all buildings and grounds. Work w/ contractors to repair, renovate, and maintain buildings & grounds. EDUCATION High School diploma required Associate Degree preferred. Must have a valid NH driver's license and driving record JOB REQUIREMENTS Ability to lift up to 50lbs, small engine repair & construction skills preferred!
