The Role

<li>OSHA 10 certification will be required within 6 months of hire date (we will assist with this).</li>
<li>Can read a tape measure accurately.</li>
<li>Can work hand tools safely with good awareness of surroundings.</li>
<li>Accurately track and note all damaged materials or overages/shortages to be reported by the end of that working day to Crew Leader.</li>
<li>Basic understanding of power tools and how to operate safely. </li>
<li>Can cooperate &amp; execute in anticipation or foresight of the work at hand.</li>
<li>Demonstrates initiative &amp; desire to help/serve.</li>
<li>Framing experience </li>
<li>Jobsite awareness</li>
